[摘要]目的：评价30%超分子水杨酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取笔者医院就诊的80例
中重度痤疮患者，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组40例，给予30%超分子水杨酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治
疗，对照组40例，外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗，分别对两组患者进行临床疗效评估，同时记录治疗期间
出现的不良反应。结果：治疗8周后，治疗组有效率为92.05%，对照组为70.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），两
组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：30%超分子水杨酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮，安全有效，副作用小，值得临
床推广。
