摘要:

目的：探讨新型超分子水杨酸口服米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮疗效。方法：选取2019年4月-2021年3月于笔者医院皮肤 科就诊的110例中重度痤疮患者为观察对象，将所有入选患者通过随机数表法分为联合组和对照组各55例，对照组患者给予 口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊，联合组在对照组基础上联合新型超分子水杨酸进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、面部 痤疮情况、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor alpha，TNF-α）、干扰素-γ（Interferon-γ， IFN-γ）白细胞介素-17（Interleukin-17，IL-17）、白细胞介素-18（Interleukin-18，IL-18）]水平、不良反应发生情 况及生活质量评分。结果：治疗后，联合组总有效率为92.73%，对照组为76.36%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患 者面部痤疮情况GAGS评分组间、时间点、组间×时间点比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且两组同期比较差异 均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组TNF-α、IL-17和IL-18水平均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），IFN-γ水平较治疗 前显著升高（P＜0.05），且两组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗期间，联合组患者不良反应总发生率为 9.09%，对照组为7.27%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者生活质量评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05），且两组 间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：新型超分子水杨酸联合口服米诺环素治疗疗效显著，可明显改善中重度痤 疮患者的面部痤疮情况、炎症反应和生活质量，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the efficacy of new supramolecular salicylic acid combined with oral administration of minocycline in the treatment of moderate-to-severe acne. Methods A total of 110 patients with moderate-to-severe acne who were treated in department of dermatology of the hospital between April 2019 and March 2021 were selected as the observation subjects. All the selected patients were divided into combined group and control group by the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of minocycline hydrochloride capsules, and the combined group was treated with new supramolecular salicylic acid on the basis of the control group. The clinical effi cacy, facial acne, levels of serum infl ammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) interleukin-17 (IL17), interleukin-18 (IL-18)], occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total eff ective rate of combined group was 92.73%, and that of the control group was 76.36% (P＜0.05). There were signifi cant diff erences in the between-group eff ect, time-point eff ect and between-group × time-point of facial acne GAGS score in the the two groups of patients (P＜0.05), and the diff erence between the two groups during the same period was signifi cant (P＜0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-17 and IL-18 in the two groups were signifi cantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05) while the level of IFN-γ was signifi cantly increased compared with that before treatment (P＜0.05), and the differences between the two groups were significant (P＜0.05). During treatment, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.09% in combined group and was 7.27% in control group (P＞0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were signifi cantly increased compared to before treatment (P＜0.05), and there were signifi cant diff erences between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion New supramolecular salicylic acid combined with oral administration of minocycline has a signifi cant therapeutic effi cacy, and can signifi cantly improve the facial acne, infl ammatory response and quality of life of patients with moderate-to-severe acne. It has good safety and is worthy of clinical application.
