摘要:
目的：观察光电协同技术联合米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年1月于笔者医院门诊皮肤 科就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者110例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组采取口服米诺环素的治疗方式，观 察组采取光电协同技术联合米诺环素治疗的方式，比较两组患者治疗后的面部症状改善情况、治疗效果、心理状态改变以 及生活质量情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的面部症状评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗有效率明显高于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组患者的焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量指数评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗过程中两组患者不良 反应的发生率无明显差别（P＞0.05）。结论：光电协同技术联合米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮具有显著的治疗效果，可有效减轻 患者的面部症状，提高治疗有效率，显著改善患者焦虑抑郁的心理状态，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of electro-optical synergy combined with minocycline in the treatment of acne rosacea. Methods 110 patients with acne rosacea treated in department of dermatology and cosmetology of the hospital were selected between January 2020 and January 2021, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of minocycline, and the observation group adopted electro-optical synergy combined with minocycline treatment.The improvement status of facial symptoms, treatment effects, psychological status changes and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of facial symptoms of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05), and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression and score of quality of life index were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P＞0.05). Conclusion Electro-optical synergy combined with minocycline has significant treatment effects in the treatment of acne rosacea, and it can effectively relieve the facial symptoms, enhance the treatment effective rate, significantly improve the anxiety and depression and increase the quality of life of patients.
