摘要:
目的:研究超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合外用表皮生长因子治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及对炎症反应的影响。方法: 选取2017年3月-2020年5月笔者医院116例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的患者。按抽签法分为研究组及对照组,每组58例。对照 组给予超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上外用表皮生长因子。观察两组患者疗效、炎症反应、不 良反应、症状改善情况、权重评分、皮肤定量分析及瘢痕改善情况。结果:研究组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组 (84.48%,P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛持续时间、红斑持续时间、结痂时间及痂皮完全脱落时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗 后两组斑点、红质、毛孔及皱纹评分均有所上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后ECCA、VSS评分有所下降,且研 究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后IL-2、IL-6水平均有所下降,但研究组低于对照组;治疗后研究组炎症反应评分低于 对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合外用表皮 生长因子可明显改善患者临床症状,缩短痂皮脱落时间,有效降低机体炎症反应,提高治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy of ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with epidermal growth factor for external use in treating depressed facial acne scars and its influence on inflammatory response. Methods A total of 116 patients with depressed facial acne scars in our hospital were selected between March 2017 and May 2020, and they were divided into study group and control group according to the lottery method, with 58 cases in each group. Control group was given ultrapulse fractional CO2 laser treatment, and study group was additionally treated with epidermal growth factor for external use on the basis of control group. The efficacy, inflammatory response, adverse reactions, symptom improvement, weight score, quantitative analysis of skin and scar improvement were observed in the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group (96.55% vs 84.48%, P<0.05). After treatment, the duration of pain, erythema duration, crusting time and complete scab shedding time of study group were shorter than those of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of fleck, red cutin, pores and wrinkles were increased in the two groups, and the scores of study group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of ECCA and VSS were decreased, and the scores were lower in study group than in control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 after treatment were decreased, but the levels of study group were lower than those of control group. After treatment, the score of inflammatory response of study group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The differences between the two groups were not significant in terms of incidence rates of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with epidermal growth factor for external use can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the scab shedding time, effectively reduce the body’s inflammatory response and enhance the treatment effect.
