摘要:
目的：探讨非剥脱点阵激光联合铒激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法：应用Fotona 4D无创面雕激光治疗仪 治疗86例面部皮肤光老化就医者，比较就医者治疗前后的VISIA评分及面部光老化症状改善情况，记录不良反应，评估就医 者满意度。结果：VISIA皮肤图像评分显示就医者面部皮肤斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、紫外线色斑、棕色斑及红色区与治疗 前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但是紫质差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。就医者术后除轻微红斑和水肿外，无 严重不良反应，就医者满意度达93%。结论：非剥脱点阵激光联合铒激光可明显改善面部皮肤光老化症状，不良反应极少， 值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-stripping fractional laser combined with erbium laser in the treatment of facial skin photoaging. Methods A total of 86 patients with facial photoaging were treated with Fotona 4D noninvasive facial sculpting laser therapy instrument once a month for 3 times. The VISIA scores of the patients before and after treatment and the improvement of facial photoaging symptoms were compared. The adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were recorded. Results Before treatment and after 3 times of treatment, VISIA skin image score showed that there were statistically significant differences in facial skin spots,wrinkles, textures, pores, ultraviolet ray spots, brown spots and red areas(P＜0.05), but no statistically signifi cant diff erences in purple matter.The patient had no serious adverse reactions except for mild erythema and edema, and the patient satisfaction reached 93%. Conclusion The combination of unpeeled lattice laser with erbium laser can signifi cantly improve the symptoms of facial skin hotoaging with few adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
