[摘要]目的：探讨小剂量异维A酸胶丸联合点阵激光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法：选取笔者医院2017年2月-2018年2月收治
的64例寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组：口服异维A酸胶丸
和地氯雷他定，共12周；观察组：口服异维A酸胶丸共12周，停药6个月后开始接受激光治疗。根据面部皮损总积分减少的百分
率进行疗效评价。采集患者静脉血检测肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）水平，统计两
组患者不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组和对照组总有效率分别为93.75%和75.00%，两组比较存在显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。治
疗前，两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和hs-CRP水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、
IL-8和hs-CRP水平均显著下降（P＜0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组结痂持续时间和红斑持续时间显著低
于对照组（P ＜0.05），两组疼痛评分、水肿评分和色素沉着发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。 结论：小剂
量异维A酸胶丸联合点阵激光治疗痤疮疗效显著，临床效果优于小剂量异维A酸联合地氯雷他定。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose isotretinoin capsules combined with dot laser on acne. Methods
A total of 64 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. Patients were
divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 32 cases in each group. Patients in the
control group received oral isotretinoin and desloratadine for 12 weeks. Patients in the observation group received oral
isotretinoin for 12 weeks and received laser treatment after 6 months of withdrawal. Efficacy was evaluated based on the
percentage reduction in total score of facial lesions. The venous blood of the patients was collected to detect the levels of tumor
necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8). Statistics of the occurrence of adverse reactions
in the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.75% and 75.00%,
respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant
difference in serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 and hs-CRP levels between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After treatment, serum TNF-α, IL-
6, IL-8 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control
group (P ＜0.05). The duration of scarring and the duration of erythema in the observation group were significantly lower than
those in the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the pain score, edema score and pigmentation rate
between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Low-dose isotretinoin capsules combined with dot-matrix laser treatment of
acne have significant clinical effects, and the clinical effect is better than low-dose isotretinoin combined with desloratadine.
