[摘要]目的：分析雷公藤多苷联合异维A酸对痤疮患者的外周血Toll样受体2（Toll-like receptor 2，TLR2）表达及相关
炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2016年9月-2018年12月收治的74例痤疮患者，分为两组。对照组给予异维A酸治
疗，观察组给予雷公藤多苷联合异维A酸治疗，分析两组患者治疗后的疗效、TLR2及炎症因子的变化情况。结果：观察组治
愈14例，显效17例，有效4例，总有效率为94.59%；对照组治愈8例，显效15例，有效6例，总有效率为78.38%，观察组总有
效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前外周血TLR2表达水平及相关炎症因子水平组间比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞
0.05）。治疗后，观察组外周血TLR2表达水平（27.63±3.13）%、白细胞介素-4（Interleukin-4,IL-4）(67.23±15.41）
pg/ml、白细胞介素-8（Interleukin-8，IL-8）（19.25±2.54）pg/ml、白细胞介素-17（Interleukin-17，IL-17）
（19.12±2.33）pg/ml、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）（11.47±2.28）pg/ml，水平低于对照
组（P ＜0.05）。观察组总不良反应率（13.51%）与对照组（10.81%）比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：雷
公藤多苷联合异维A酸治疗痤疮可有效抑制炎症因子的释放，降低外周血TLR2的表达，提高治疗效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with isovitamin A on the
expression of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and the level of related infl ammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with
acne. Methods 74 patients with acne admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2018 were divided into two
groups. The control group was treated with isovirolic acid, and the observation group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii
polyglycosides combined with isoviroic acid. The curative effect and the changes of TLR2,infl ammatory factors in the two
groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group, 14 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases
were effective, the total effective rate was 94.59%, 8 cases in the control group were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective,
6 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 78.38%. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than
that in the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no signifi cant difference in the expression of TLR2 and related infl ammatory
factors between the two groups before treatment (P ＞0.05).After treatment, the expression level of TLR2 in peripheral blood
was (27.63±3.13)%, and the level of IL-4 (IL-4)(67.23±15.41)pg/ml,IL-8(IL-8)(19.25±2.54)pg/ml,IL-17 (IL-17)(19.12±2.33)
pg/ml, TNF-α(11.47±2.28) pg/ml was lower than that in control group (P ＜0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the
total adverse reaction rate between the observation group (13.51%) and the control group (10.81%) (P ＞0.05). Conclusion
Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with isovirolic acid can effectively inhibit the release of infl ammatory factors,
reduce the expression of TLR2 in peripheral blood and improve the therapeutic effect.
