[摘要]目的：探讨地氯雷他定辅助异维A酸治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法：选取2019年4月-2020年3月在笔者医院确诊并治疗
的174例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为联合治疗组（地氯雷他定和异维A酸共同治疗）和对照组（仅用
异维A酸治疗），每组87例。采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测患者治疗前后炎症因子白细胞介素1（IL-1）、白细胞介素6
（IL-6）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）表达水平，并用皮肤损伤改善程度评价治疗效果，统计病情恢
复情况。结果：治疗后，两组血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α表达水平比治疗前降低（P ＜0.05），联合治疗组血清IL-1、
IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α表达的水平低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组痊愈例数多于对照组，总有效率96.6%，高于
对照组的87.4%。治疗后，联合治疗组的结痂时间较对照组短（P ＜0.05）。结论：地氯雷他定联合小剂量异维A酸治疗寻常
痤疮能提高痊愈率，具有较好的疗效，有效降低血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α表达水平。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the adjuvant value of desloratadine in the treatment of acne with isotretinoin. Methods 174
cases of acne patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into
the combined treatment group (desloratadine and isotretin) according to the random number table method. The control group
included 87 patients (treated with isotretinoin alone). The expression levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-1 (IL-1),
interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α)were detected by ELISA before and after treatment,
and the treatment effect was evaluated by the degree of improvement of skin injury, and the condition recovery was counted.
Results The expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- in the two groups were lower after treatment than before (P ＜0.05).
After treatment, the levels of serum IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the
control group (P ＜0.05). The total effective rate (96.6%) was higher than that of the control group (87.4%). The scab time of
the combined treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Desloratadine combined with
small dose of isotretinoin in the treatment of acne can improve the recovery rate, has A good effect, and effectively reduces the
serum IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-αexpression levels.
