[摘要]目的：观察含马齿苋提取物护肤品对寻常性痤疮治疗的临床效果。方法：选取笔者医院皮肤科符合条件的就诊患者83
例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，观察组42例，对照组41例。对照组患者按照痤疮常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上使用马
齿苋提取物护肤品（薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜），早晚洁面后均匀涂抹于颜面部痤疮部位，连续治疗30d。观察两组患者痤疮
部位的皮损情况并进行比较，使用酶联免疫法测定两组患者治疗前、治疗2周及4周后血清中TNF-α和IL-4水平并进行比较，
通过问卷调查了解患者对马齿苋提取物护肤品使用的满意度及产品的安全性。结果：连续治疗30d后，治疗组痤疮患者皮损
改善有效率为83.33%，明显高于对照组48.78%，比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前TNF-α和IL-4水平比
较无统计学差异（P ＞0.05），治疗2周及4周后治疗组TNF-α与IL-4水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；
治疗组中77%的患者认为马齿苋提取物护肤品质地为优，11.78%认为质地良好，11.22%认为质地一般，整个实验过程无不良
反应发生。结论：马齿苋提取物护肤品可以有效地辅助寻常性痤疮治疗，对寻常性痤疮患者的治疗有着积极的意义。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of purslane extract skin care products on acne treatment. Methods A total of
83 patients admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group
and the control group. There were 42 patients in the treatment group and 41 patients in the control group. Patients in the control
group were treated with the conventional treatment for acne. The treatment group used the purslane extract skin care product
winona sulfiram moisturizing cream on the basis of the conventional treatment. After cleansing in the morning and evening,
evenly applied the acne parts of the face for 30 days. To observe and compare the skin lesions in the acne parts of the two
groups, The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-4 in the two groups before, 2 weeks after and 4 weeks after treatment were measured
by enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results After 30 days of treatment, the effective rate of skin loss improvement was 83.33%
in the treatment group, higher than 48.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). There
was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α and IL-4 between the two groups before treatment. The levels of TNF-α
and IL-4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment
(P ＜0.05). In the treatment group, 77% of the patients thought that purslane extract skin care products had excellent texture,
11.78% thought that the texture was good, and 11.22% thought that the texture was not good, and there was no adverse reaction
in the whole experiment. Conclusion purslane extract skin care products can effectively assist the treatment of acne vulgaris
and have positive significance for the treatment of acne vulgaris patients.
