摘要:
[摘要]痤疮多见于青年女性、好发于颜面部，影响美观，多数患者存在冲任失调，瘀血内停。本文根据韩世荣教授从瘀论治、
调和冲任的理论体系，将痤疮分为冲任失调、热郁血瘀、气虚血瘀、阳虚致瘀血停及痰瘀互结五型，提出寻常性痤疮的治疗应
以消散瘀血为主，辅以清热、理气及补气等法，进而达到调理冲任、化瘀行血的目的，冲任调畅、瘀血得化则痤疮得到治疗。

Abstract:
Abstract: Acne vulgaris is more common in young women, often occurs in the face affected aesthetic, most of the patients have
chong-chi disorder,blood stasis stop. According to professor han from stasis treatment, and as a theoretical system, acne can
be divided into salt as a disorder, hot congestion, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency and blood stasis, blood stasis caused by blood
stasis and phlegm stasis type alternating knot five stopped, put forward the treatment of acne should give priority to in order to
dissipate blood stasis, complementary therapies such as clear heat, qi, tonifying qi, thus achieve the goal that regulate rush of
blood, blood, impact factors, acne to dissipate blood stasis model.
