摘要:
目的：分析二甲双胍联合艾拉-光动力疗法(5-aminolaevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗面部中重度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：按照随机数字表法将2019年1月-12月笔者医院收治的120例面部中重度痤疮患者分为对照组与观察组，每组60例。对照组采用ALA-PDT治疗，每周1次；观察组采用二甲双胍片(850mg/d)联合ALA-PDT治疗(每2周1次)，均连续治疗8周。观察两组的治疗总有效率、皮损数量、痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-specific quality of life questionnaire, Acne-Qol) 评分及不良反应情况。结果：观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为95.00%、81.67%，观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后，两组的皮损数量均明显减少(P＜0.05)，观察组明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组的各项Acne-Qol评分均明显降低，观察组明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：二甲双胍联合ALA-PDT治疗面部中重度痤疮疗效好，安全性高，能够明显提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of metformin combined with 5-aminolaevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) on moderate-severe facial vulgaris acne. Methods According to the random number table method, 120 patients with moderate-severe facial vulgaris acne who were divided into control group and observation group in our hospital from January to December 2019, 60 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with ALA-PDT (once a week), and patients in the observation group were treated with metformin (850 mg/d) combined with ALA-PDT (once every 2 weeks) for 8 consecutive weeks. Total effective rate of treatment, numbers of lesions, Acne-specific Quality of Life Question naire，(Acne-Qol) scores and adverse reactions were observed in 2 groups. Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 95.00% and 81.67%, respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the numbers of skin lesions in both groups was significantly reduced (P＜0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than control group (P＜0.05). The Acne-Qol scores in both groups were significantly reduced (P＜0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with ALA-PDT has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of facial moderate-severe acne, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients
