[摘要]目的：通过对特应性皮炎患儿的多元化健康教育，观察特应性皮炎（Atopic dermatitis，AD）患儿及其过敏进程中
伴发的变应性鼻炎的临床症状及生活改善情况。方法：选取5～12岁特应性皮炎患儿为研究对象，分为干预组128例和对照
组119例，对照组接受常规诊疗，干预组患儿和家长除和对照组一样接受常规诊疗活动外，同时进行治疗性教育。分别于首
诊、6个月后复诊，进行SCORAD评分、CDLQI、DFI量表评价干预效果。变应性鼻炎以VAS评分、RQLQ量表评价干预效果。结
果：干预组干预后SCORAD、CDLQI、DFI评分较对照组评分明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），伴有变应性鼻炎的患
儿干预后VAS、RQLQ评分较对照组均有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：通过对患者及其家属的治疗性教育
不仅能显著改善AD患儿的临床症状和生活质量，同时阻断“皮肤-消化道-呼吸道”的过敏进程，对基于过敏进程的变态反应
性疾病的管理意义长远。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical symptoms and life improvement of children with atopic dermatitis and allergic
rhinitis. Methods Children aged 5-12 years with atopic dermatitis were divided into intervention group (128 cases) and
control group (119 cases). The scores of SCORAD, CDLQI and DFI were used to evaluate the intervention effect. Patients
with allergic rhinitis were assessed by VAS and RQLQ. Results The scores of SCORAD, CDLQI and DFI in the intervention
group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of vas and RQLQ in the intervention group were
significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Therapeutic patient education of patients and their families
can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of ad children, block the atopic march of "skin-gastrointestinalrespiratory
tract", and have a long-term significance in the management of allergic diseases based on allergic process.
