摘要:

目的：探讨皮肤入路睑袋成形术联合面中部提升术治疗面部老化所致下睑膨出的临床效果。方法：选取2018年3 月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的下睑膨出就医者107例，就医者均行皮肤入路睑袋成形术联合面中部提升术。记录就医者治疗 效果、术后恢复情况、并发症情况、满意度情况及心理功能、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等生存质量评分。结果：术 后，显效56例（52.34%），有效45例（42.05%），无效6例（5.61%），总有效率为94.39%。术后，就医者伤口愈合时间为 （7.19±1.55）d，平均住院时间为（2.48±1.03）d。对就医者随访3～6个月，平均随访（4.81±0.69）个月，术后均无切 口感染、血肿、面神经受损、下睑外翻等明显并发症，l例出现轻度下睑退缩，经按摩和理疗后症状消失，4例出现下睑皮 肤瘀斑，未经处理自行逐渐消退。术后就医者非常满意50例（46.73%），满意46例（42.99%），不满意11例（10.28%），总 满意度为89.72%。术后，就医者心理功能、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等各项生存质量评分均高于术前（P＜0.05）。 结论：皮肤入路睑袋成形术联合面中部提升术治疗面部老化所致下睑膨出效果确切，术后恢复快，并发症少，就医者满意度 高，可有效改善就医者生存质量，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of skin approach blepharoplasty combined with mid-face lifting in the treatment of lower eyelid bulge caused by facial aging. Methods Total of 107 patients with lower eyelid bulge admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected. All patients underwent skin blepharoplasty combined with midface lifting. The patient’s treatment effect, postoperative recovery, complications, satisfaction, the patient’s psychological function, health status, social function, emotional function were recorded. Results After the operation, 56 cases were markedly effective (52.34%), 45 cases were eff ective (42.05%), 6 cases were ineffective (5.61%), and the total eff ective rate was 94.39%. After the operation, the wound healing time of the patient was (7.19±1.55) d, and the average hospital stay was (2.48±1.03) d. The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months with an average follow-up of (4.81±0.69) months. There were no obvious complications such as incision infection, hematoma, facial nerve damage, lower eyelid ectropion, etc. 1 case had mild lower eyelid retraction, and the symptoms disappeared after massage and physical therapy. 4 cases had ecchymosis of the lower eyelid skin, which gradually resolved without treatment. After the operation, 50 patients were very satisfied (46.73%), 46 patients were satisfied (42.99%), 11 patients were dissatisfied (10.28%), and the total satisfaction rate was 89.72%. After the operation, the patient’s psychological function, health status, social function, emotional function were higher than those before the operation (P＜0.05). Conclusion Skin approach blepharoplasty combined with mid-face lifting in the treatment of lower eyelid bulge caused by facial aging has exact eff ect, with quick postoperative recovery, few complications and high patient satisfaction, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
