目的:探讨牙合垫+推簧功能性矫治器对非骨性乳前牙反牙合的早期阻断性矫正效果。方法:选择2020年7月-2020年12月 在西安交通大学第二附属医院口腔科诊治的64例非骨性乳前牙反牙合患者为研究对象。通过完整收集术前资料、分析归类发 病原因、明确诊断、设计个性化治疗方案,总结探究牙合垫+推簧功能性矫治器对其疗效、治疗周期以及复发情况的影响。结 果:本文收集的64例非骨性乳牙反牙合患者,其中牙源性反牙合29.69%;功能性反牙合26.56%;混合性反牙合43.75%。64例非骨性乳 牙反牙合病例中治疗周期最短者2周,最长者6个月,平均2.5个月;术后随访6个月,仅1例复发,需再次矫正。结论:儿童非 骨性反牙合患者中混合型较多,口腔不良习惯是引起儿童非骨性反牙合的主要原因,牙合垫+推簧功能性矫治器矫正对儿童非骨性 反牙合牙源性和功能性的矫正效果较好。

Objective To investigate the eff ect of jaw pad + push spring functional appliance on the early blocking correction of non-bone frontal teeth. Methods From July 2020 to December 2020, 64 cases of non-osteic anterior deciduous anterior teeth inversion were selected as the study objects. Through the complete collection of preoperative data, analysis and classifi cation of pathogenesis, clear diagnosis, and design of personalized treatment plan, the impact of jaw pad + push spring functional appliance on its effi cacy, treatment cycle and recurrence is summarized and explored. Results 64 cases of non-bony anterior crossbite in deciduous dentition stage were collected in this paper, of which dental crossbite was 29.69%, functional crossbite was 26.56%, and mixed crossbite was 43.75%. The shortest treatment period was 2 weeks and the longest was 6 months with an average of 2.5 months. After 6 months follow-up, only one case recurred and needed to be corrected again. Conclusion There are more mixed types in non-bony anterior crossbite in children, and bad oral habits are the main cause. The treatment of jaw pad and push spring functional appliance is eff ective in the correction of non-bony anterior crossbite in deciduous dentition stage.
