摘要:
目的：通过全面的数据检索及严格的筛选，纳入并汇总可用数据，评估自体富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma,PRP）联合负压吸引疗法对慢性创面愈合的有效性及安全性。方法：在电子数据库中进行文献检索，并根据预定的标 准选择研究，包括所有关于PRP联合负压创面疗法和单用负压创面疗法治疗慢性创面的随机和非随机对照研究，评估研究的 质量并总结结果后,使用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果：本次纳入了27项研究，共1 687例慢性创面患者， 实验组840例，均采用PRP联合负压引流法干预；对照组847例，均采用单纯负压引流法干预。通过对纳入的研究数据进行分 析，结果显示实验组在创面愈合及住院时间、创面愈合率、细菌培养阳性率、患者疼痛症状等方面均优于对照组。结论： PRP 联合负压吸引疗法治疗慢性创面较单独使用负压吸引疗法更具优势，但其作用机理需更多的研究来明确，此外该文章由 于纳入研究的质量限制，尚有待更多高质量的临床随机对照研究予以验证。
Abstract:
Objective Available data were included and pooled to evaluate the efficacy and safety of autologous plateletrich plasma (PRP) combined with negative pressure traction therapy on chronic wound healing ,through a comprehensive data retrieval and rigorous screening. Methods Literature search was carried out in electronic databases and study selection followed predetermined criteria.Randomized controlled trials and non-randomized studies on PRP combined with negative pressure wounds therapy and single negative pressure wound therapy for chronic wounds were included.After evaluating the quality of the studies and summarizing the results,RevMan5.3 software was used for the Meta-analysis. Results 27 studies were included in the Meta- analysis,the articles included a total of 1 687 patients,including 840 in the experimental group using PRP combined with negative pressure wound therapy and 847 in the control group using simple negative pressure wound therapy. By analyzing the included study data,the Meta-analysis results showed that the wound healing time and hospitalization time ,the wound healing rate,the positive rate of bacteria,the pain symptoms of patients of the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion PRP combined with negative pressure wound therapy has significant advantages for chronic wounds over simple negative pressure wound therapy.However,more research is needed to clarify its mechanism of action.Furthermore,due to the quality limitations of the inclusion studies,more high-quality clinical studies are warranted to validate these results.
