摘要:
目的：利用Meta分析系统评价1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索PubMed、 Med of science 、中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）期刊全文及万方电子期刊全文数据库截止至2022年9月10日所有关于 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG激光治疗婴儿血管瘤的随机对照研究。对最终纳入的所有研究进行质量评价，使用RevMan5.4.1软件进行 Meta 分析。结果：共纳入8个随机对照研究，835例血管瘤患儿。结果显示，1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗血管瘤的显效率与单 独口服普萘洛尔相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但其安全性较单独口服普萘洛尔低。单独使用1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光 治疗血管瘤的显效率和安全性均低于联合口服普萘洛尔治疗；1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗血管瘤的显效率高于单独局部使用 噻吗洛尔，但安全性较单独局部使用噻吗洛尔低；单独使用1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗血管瘤的显效率和安全性均低于激光 联合噻吗洛尔（均P＜0.05）。单独使用1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗血管瘤与激光联合聚桂醇治疗显效率差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）。结论：1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤与传统药物治疗相比有着良好的疗效，但其安全性相对较低， 与药物联合治疗可一定程度上提高治疗的显效率及安全性。?/html>
Abstract:
Objective The meta-analysis system was used to evaluate the effi cacy and safety of Nd: YAG 1 064 nm laser in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods Cochrane Library, PubMed, Med of science, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database were searched.All relevant randomized controlled trials of Nd: YAG 1 064 nm laser treatment of infant hemangioma, up to September 10, 2022, were retrieved. Quality evaluation of all the studies were included. The meta analysis was performed using RevMan5.4.1 software. Results A total of 8 randomized controlled studies were enrolled, with a total of 835 cases of infantile hemangioma .The results showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the effi cacy between the 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser therapy and propranolol alone in the treatment of hemangioma (P＞0.05).The 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser therapy was less safer than propranolol alone in the treatment of hemangioma . The effi cacy and safety of 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser alone in the treatment of hemangiomas were lower than that of combined oral propranolol treatment; the effi cacy of 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser in the treatment of hemangiomas was higher than that of topical timolol alone, but the safety was lower than that of topical timolol alone; the effi cacy and safety of 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser alone in the treatment of hemangiomas was The effi cacy and safety of 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser alone in the treatment of hemangiomas are lower than that of laser combined with timolol(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the efficiency between 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser therapy and 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser therapy combined with polycinnamon (P ＞0.05). Conclusion This meta-analysis provides strong evidences that Nd: YAG 1 064 nm laser therapy of hemangioma was more eff ective and less safer than traditional drugs.Nd: YAG 1 064 nm laser in combination with drugs can improve the effi ciency and safety to some extent in the treatment of hemangioma.
