摘要:
目的：评价含有4-叔丁基环己醇及透明质酸的保湿剂对于敏感性皮肤屏障功能和不适症状的改善情况及耐受性。方 法：本研究为前瞻性研究，采用自身前后对照的方法。通过敏感性皮肤自评问卷（华西问卷）和乳酸刺激试验筛选30例敏感 性皮肤患者，每日2次连续使用试验产品28 d。在基线（D0）、使用后7 d（D7）、14 d（D14）、28 d（D28）分别进行测试， 包括VISIA面部拍照、角质层含水量和经皮水分丢失（Transepidermal water loss,TEWL）、乳酸刺激试验（Lactic acid sting test，LAST），同时由研究者对皮肤红斑、脱屑程度进行主观评分；患者主观评估皮肤灼热、刺痛、瘙痒等不适症 状，并根据华西问卷对皮肤敏感程度进行主观评价，记录所有的不良反应。结果：使用试验产品后各时间点角质层含水量均 高于D0水平（P＜0.05），随着使用时间延长角质层含水量持续升高，TEWL降低（P＞0.05）。乳酸刺激试验分值各时间点较 D0 水平均下降（P＜0.05）。各时间点与D0相比，研究者评估皮肤红斑、脱屑评分，患者评估灼热、刺痛、瘙痒症状评分及 华西问卷评分均有改善，且有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。所有患者在使用过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论：含有4-叔丁 基环己醇及透明质酸的保湿剂对于敏感性皮肤安全有效，可以改善敏感症状和修复皮肤屏障功能。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the improvement and tolerability of moisturizers containing 4-t-butylcyclohexanol and hyaluronic acid for sensitive skin barrier function and discomfort symptoms. Methods A prospective, self-controlled study was conducted. Thirty subjects with sensitive skin were screened by the sensitive skin self-assessment questionnaire (Huaxi Sensitive Skin Questionnaire, Huaxi SSQ) and the lactic acid sting test (LAST), and the test product was used twice a day for 28 days. Tests were performed at baseline (D0), day 7 (D7), day 14 (D14), and day 28 (D28) after application, including VISIA facial photography, stratum corneum water content and transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and lactic acid sting test, while subjective scores were given for skin erythema and desquamate. Subjects subjectively assessed the skin discomfort such as burning, stinging and itching, and subjectively evaluated the skin sensitivity according to the Huaxi SSQ, and recorded all adverse reactions. Results The water content of stratum corneum was higher than the baseline at all time points after the use of test products, with a statistically signifi cant diff erence since D7 (P ＜0.05), and continued to elevate as the use time increased. TEWL D28 was decreased compared with baseline(P＞0.05). The score of lactic acid stinging test decreased at all time points compared with baseline, with a statistically signifi cant diff erence at D14 and D28 (P ＜0.05). Compared with baseline at all time points, skin erythema and desquamate scores assessed by the researchers, as well as scores of burning, stinging and pruritic symptoms assessed by the subjects and Huaxi SSQ scores were all improved, with statistical signifi cance (P ＜0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in all subjects during the use. Conclusion Moisturizers containing 4-t-butylcyclohexanol and hyaluronic acid are safe and eff ective for sensitive skin, improving sensitive symptoms and repairing skin barrier function.
