摘要:

目的：观察四白祛痤汤联合盐酸米诺环素治疗痤疮的疗效及外周血单核细胞Toll样受体2（Toll-like receptor 2， TLR2 ）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平。方法：选取笔者医院在2020年1月-2022年12月收治的120例痤疮患者进行研究，按照 随机数表法将患者分为观察组（四白祛痤汤联合盐酸米诺环素治疗，60例）和对照组（盐酸米诺环素治疗，60例）。比较两 组患者的治疗效果，比较两组患者治疗前后粉刺、炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿的皮损积分，比较两组患者治疗前后外周血 TLR2 、IL-4水平，比较两组患者治疗前后情感功能、自我感知、社会功能、痤疮症状的生活质量评分，比较两组患者的不良 反应情况。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组皮损积分均显著下降，且观察组明显低于对照 组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组外周血TLR2、IL-4水平均显著下降，且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组情感功 能、自我感知、社会功能、痤疮症状评分显著上升，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率 分别为10%和11.67%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：四白祛痤汤联合盐酸米诺环素能有效缓解痤疮患者的临床症 状，降低外周血TLR2、IL-4水平，提高患者生活质量，安全性高。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the efficacy of Sibai Qucuo Decoction combined with Minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of acne and the levels of Toll like receptor 2 (TLR2) and Interleukin 4 (IL-4) in peripheral blood Monocyte. Methods A total of 120 acne patients admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected for this study. The patients were divided into the observation group ( Sibai Qucuo Decoction combined with minocycline hydrochloride, 60 cases) and the control group (minocycline hydrochloride treatment, 60 cases) according to the random number table method. The treatment eff ects of the two groups were compared. The skin scores for acne, infl ammatory papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The levels of TLR2 and IL-4 in peripheral blood were compared, as well as the scores of emotional function, self-perception, social function, and acne symptoms. Additionally, the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the skin scores of both groups decreased signifi cantly, with the observation group showing signifi cantly lower scores than the control group (P ＜0.05). The levels of TLR2 and IL-4 in peripheral blood of both groups significantly decreased after treatment, with the observation group showing significantly lower levels than the control group (P＜0.05). The emotional function, self-perception, social function, and acne symptom scores of the two groups signifi cantly increased after treatment, with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 10% and 11.67%, respectively, with no signifi cant diff erence(P＞0.05). Conclusion Sibai Qucuo Decoction combined with minocycline hydrochloride can eff ectively relieve the clinical symptoms of acne patients, reduce the levels of TLR2 and IL-4 in peripheral blood, and improve the quality of life of patients with acne without causing serious adverse reactions, indicating high safety.
