摘要:
目的:探讨用3M-Z100纳米复合树脂和3M-Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙美学性能的差异,以及对基牙和牙周舒适度的 影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2022年5月于笔者医院进行前牙美学修复的100例患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察 组,每组50例。对照组患者予以3M-Z100纳米复合树脂美学修复,观察组患者予以3M-Z350纳米复合树脂美学修复。比较两 组患者美学效果、牙敏感、数字疼痛评分(Numeric rating scales,NRS)、牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)、龈沟深度 (Probing depth,PD)、菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)及牙松动度(Tooth mobility degree,MD)。结果:修复1 d后 观察组色泽协调性优于对照组(P<0.05);修复3个月后观察组边缘密合度、色泽协调性优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组 修复1 d后、修复1周后以及修复1个月后牙敏感发生率显著更低(P<0.05),但修复3个月后两组牙敏感发生率比较差异无 统计学意义(P>0.05);两组修复1周后、修复1个月后及修复3个月后牙痛评分较修复1 d后比较均显著降低(P<0.05), 观察组修复1 d后、修复1周后以及修复1个月后牙痛评分显著更低(P<0.05),但修复3个月后两组牙痛评分比较差异无统 计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者修复牙GI、PLI及MD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但观察组患者修复牙与健康牙比较 差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种不同纳米复合树脂均可用于前牙美学修复,但3M-Z350纳米复合树脂美学效果 更好,且患者牙敏感发生率低,具有临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the cosmetic eff ect and sensitivity between two diff erent nano composite resins in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in the hospital from May 2018 to 2022 were selected, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method with 50 patients in each group. The control group underwent cosmetic restoration with 3M-Z100 nano-composite resin, while the observation group underwent cosmetic restoration with 3M-Z350 nano-composite resin. The cosmetic eff ect, tooth sensitivity, Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score, gingival index (GI), probing depth (PD), plaque index (PLI) and tooth mobility degree (MD) were compared between the two groups. Results On day 1 after restoration, color coordination in the observation group was signifi cantly higher (P <0.05). At 3 months after restoration, marginal fi tness and color coordination in the observation group were signifi cantly higher (P <0.05). The incidence of tooth sensitivity in the observation group was signifi cantly lower on day 1, at 1 week and 1 month after restoration (P <0.05). The incidence of tooth sensitivity showed no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the groups at 3 months after restoration (P >0.05). Toothache scores of the two groups were signifi cantly lower at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after restoration than on day 1 after restoration (P <0.05). The observation group had signifi cantly lower toothache scores on day 1, at 1 week and 1 month after restoration (P <0.05), but there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the groups at 3 months after restoration (P >0.05). GI, PLI and MD of the restored teeth in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Both of 3M-Z100 nanocomposite resin and 3M-Z350 nano-composite resin can be used for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. However, the latter can achieve better cosmetic eff ect, and the incidence of tooth sensitivity is signifi cantly lower.
