摘要:
目的：探讨基于患者美学需求的综合干预模式对创伤性骨折患者创面愈合和心理状态的影响。方法：选取2020年1 月-2023年1月笔者医院收治的84例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（42例）和观察组 （42例）。对照组给予常规干预模式，观察组给予基于患者美学需求的综合干预模式。比较干预后两组患者的疼痛程 度、创面愈合情况、创面美观满意度、生存质量、创伤后成长水平。结果：术后5、7 d时，观察组疼痛评分均低于对照 组（P＜0.05）；观察组疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组患者的创面美观总满意 率、生存质量评分、创伤后成长水平评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对创伤性骨折患者实施基于患者美学需求的综 合干预模式，可有效促进创面愈合，减轻疼痛程度，并提高患者生活质量、创伤后成长水平和创面美观满意度，对患者康复 和心理健康具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of comprehensive intervention model based on patients’ aesthetic needs on wound healing and psychological state of patients with traumatic fracture. Methods 84 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases) by the random number table method. The control group was given the routine intervention model, and the observation group was given the comprehensive intervention model based on the aesthetic needs of patients. The degree of pain, wound healing, satisfaction with wound aesthetics, quality of life, and post-traumatic growth were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 5 and 7 days after operation (P＜0.05). The pain relief time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After the intervention, the total satisfaction rate of wound aesthetics, quality of life score and post-traumatic growth level score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive intervention model based on the aesthetic needs of patients with traumatic fracture can eff ectively promote wound healing, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life, post-traumatic growth and wound aesthetic satisfaction of patients, which is of great signifi cance for the rehabilitation and mental health of patients.
