摘要:
目的：观察Ⅰ型胶原蛋白填充联合线雕提升术对面部老化就医者的改善效果。方法：收集2021年3月-2024年1月因面部轮廓老化或欠佳于笔者医院治疗的108例就医者，根据治疗方法不同分为线雕组（n=47，线雕提升术）和联合组（n=61，Ⅰ型胶原蛋白填充联合线雕提升术）。手术前后，比较两组的Fitzpatrick皱纹评分、全球美学改善量表（GAIS）评分、皮肤紧致度及不良反应发生情况。结果：术后1、3、6个月，两组Fitzpatrick皱纹评分均降低，且联合组低于线雕组（P＜0.05）；两组的GAIS评分均升高，且联合组高于线雕组（P＜0.05）。术后6个月，两组皮肤回弹部分的弹塑性总量/拉伸部分的弹塑性总量（R2）、回弹部分的弹性量/拉伸部分的弹性量（R5）均升高，且联合组高于线雕组（P＜0.05）。两组总不良反应发生率分别为38.30%和39.34%，差异无统计学意义（χ?=0.012，P=0.912）。结论：Ⅰ型胶原蛋白填充联合线雕提升术治疗面部老化美学效果好，能改善皱纹、面部轮廓，提高皮肤紧致度，安全性好。
