[摘要]目的:探讨维生素C结合光子嫩肤对老年黄褐斑皮损面积及颜色均一性影响。方法:选取2015年10月—2017年10月间
于笔者医院接受治疗的黄褐斑老年女性患者66例,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(33例)行基础和口服维生素C治疗,
观察组(33例)在对照组基础上行光子嫩肤技术治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效状况及治疗后不良反应发生状况,检测治疗前
后患者黄褐斑面积与严重程度(MASI)、颜色、皮损面积及均一性评分状况。使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清
促黑激素(MSH)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量。结果:观察组患者总有效率为84.85%,高于对照
组的60.61%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组MASI、颜色、皮损面积及均一性评分较对照组和治疗前均显著
降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组血清MSH、ET-1含量较对照组和治疗前均显著降低,VEGF含量较治疗
前、对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:老年黄褐斑患者采用维生素C口服结合光子嫩肤技术可显著
改善其临床表征,降低血清MSH、ET-1含量。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects of vitamin C ion binding photorejuvenation on the area and color homogeneity of
aged chloasma lesions. Methods Sixty-six elderly women with chloasma who were treated in the Tongzhou District People’s
Hospital of Nantong City from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected,Randomized digital table method was divided
into two groups, the control group (33 cases) underwent basic and oral vitamin C treatment, and the observation group (33
cases) in the control group based on the photon skin rejuvenation technology;Observe the clinical efficacy of the patients
and the adverse reactions after treatment, and measure the area and severity of melasma (MASI), color, skin lesion area and
homogeneity score before and after treatment,Serum levels of melatonin (MSH), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and vascular endothelial
growth factor (VEGF) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The total effective rate was
84.85% in the observation group and 60.61% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the MASI, color, skin lesion
area and homogeneity score of the observation group were higher than those before treatment and control group. Significantly
decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); before treatment, serum MSH, ET-1 levels in the observation
group were significantly lower than before treatment and control groups, and VEGF levels were significantly higher than
before treatment and control groups. Statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of vitamin C orally combined with
photorejuvenation in elderly patients with chloasma can significantly improve their clinical characterization and reduce serum
MSH, ET-1 levels.
