[摘要]目的：探讨果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床价值。方法：选择2015年12月-2017年12月笔者
科室诊治的94例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象，并依据治疗方案不同进行分组。对照组（n =47）单纯应用果酸换肤
治疗，研究组（n =47）则采取果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗。结果：①研究组患者的整体治疗有效率95.74%，高于对照组的
80.85%（P ＜0.05）；② 治疗前，两组的皮损症状评分无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者皮损症状评分均低于
治疗前（P ＜0.05），而研究组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；③两组均无严重并发症，不影响治疗，且并发症发生率无显著性差
异。结论：果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者皮损症状，且并发症少，安全
性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the combined acid skin photorejuvenation clinical value for mild to moderate acne.
Methods 94 cases of mild to moderate acne were selected in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2017, and
94 cases were selected as the subjects. According to the different treatment schemes, the control group (n =47) was treated
with acid replacement therapy alone, and the study group (n =47) was treated with fruit acid rejuvenation combined with
photorejuvenation. Results ①The overall effective rate of the study group was 95.74%, which was higher than 80.85% of the
control group（P ＜0.05);②Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in skin symptom scores between
the study group and the control group（P ＞0.05）.After treatment, the symptom scores of the 2 groups were all lower than
those before treatment（P ＜0.05）,the study group was lower than the control group（P ＜0.05）;③No serious complications
were observed in the 2 groups, which did not affect the treatment, and there was no difference in the incidence of complications.
Conclusion The combination of fruit acid changing skin and photorejuvenation is of significant clinical value for mild and
moderate acne. It can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions in patients with fewer complications and high safety.It
is worthy of reference.
