[摘要]目的：探究光子嫩肤联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及对皮损评分的影响。方法：选取2019年5月-2020年6月
于笔者医院就诊的寻常痤疮患者114例，采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组57例。对照组行光子嫩肤治疗，
观察组在对照组基础上联合超分子水杨酸进行治疗。疗程结束后进行疗效判定，并对两组的皮损数量进行计数。治疗前后对
两组进行皮损评分和美观度评分，记录治疗期间两组不良反应情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率91.23%，高于对照组的
75.44%（P ＜0.05）；观察组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿及结节计数均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，两组皮损评分均低于
治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗期间，两组均未发生面部瘢痕等严重不良反应，观察组不良反应总发生率
12.28%，与对照组（7.02%）相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，两组美观度评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于
对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：光子嫩肤联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮疗效较好，能促进患者皮肤生理指标和美观度的
改善，减轻皮损症状，且安全性好，对临床治疗寻常痤疮有重要应用价值。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of photorejuvenation combined with supramolecular salicylic acid on acne vulgaris
and the effect on skin lesion score. Methods Total of 114 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from
May 2019 to June 2020 were selected, and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using a
random number method, with 57 patients in each. The control group was treated with photorejuvenation. The observation group
was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid on the basis of the control group. After the treatment course, the curative effect
was judged, and the number of skin lesions in the two groups was counted. Before and after treatment, the two groups were
scored for skin lesions and aesthetics. The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded. Results After
treatment, the total effective rate of observation group (91.23%) was higher than that of control group (75.44%) (P ＜0.05). The
counts of acne, papules, pustules, cysts and nodules in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).
After treatment, the skin lesion scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower
than the control group (P ＜0.05). During treatment, no serious adverse reactions such as facial scars occurred in the two groups.
The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (12.28%) and the control group (7.02%) were not significantly
different (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the aesthetic scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the
observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Photon skin rejuvenation combined with new
supramolecular salicylic acid has a good effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris, can promote the improvement of the patient’s
skin physiological indicators and aesthetics, reduce the symptoms of skin lesions, and has good safety, which has important
application value for the clinical treatment of acne vulgaris.
