[摘要]目的：探讨窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮后红斑的临床疗效。方法：选择2017年10月-2019年1月笔者科室收治的80例
面部痤疮后红斑患者资料进行分析，随机分为两组。研究组：40例，单纯接受窄谱强脉冲光治疗；对照组：40例，单纯接
受普通光子嫩肤治疗，并对两组治疗有效率、自我皮损程度、红斑程度及生存质量进行比较。结果：研究组治疗有效率
90.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，两组比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；研究组的自我皮损与红斑程度评分
为(3.12±0.80)分、(4.15±1.33)分，低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；研究组的体育活动、社交休闲评分
分别为(0.20±0.14)分、(0.38±0.20)分，均低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；研究组副作用发生率
2.50%，少于对照组的20.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：痤疮后红斑患者接受窄谱强脉冲光治疗可改
善皮肤屏障功能，促进皮损、红斑尽快消退，提高生存质量。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study and analyze the effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light on erythema after facial acne.
Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with erythema after facial acne who had received treatment in the Hospital between
October 2017 and January 2019 were analyzed. 40 patients underwent narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light therapy only,and
the other 40 patients underwent general photorejuvenation. The response rate, self-induced lesions, erythema and quality of
life were compared between the two groups. Results The response rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%, higher
than that in the control group, which was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05); the scores of selfinduced
skin lesions and erythema were (3.12±1.80) and (4.15±1.33) points in the study group, lower than the control group,
and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The scores of physical activity and social leisure in the study group
were (0.20±0.14) and (0.38±0.20) points, both shown to be lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of side effects was 2.50% in the study group, lower than the 20.00% in the control group,
and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with erythema after facial acne, narrowspectrum
intense pulsed light can help improve their skin barrier function, promote the recession of skin lesions and erythema,
and improve their quality of life.
