摘要:
[摘要]目的:通过锥形束CT(CBCT)影像学分析,探讨成人骨性Ⅱ1分类错牙合高角骨面型上颌尖牙区牙槽骨形态结构的差异,
为临床正畸治疗提供参考。方法:选取2017年6月-2017年12月来笔者科室接受正畸治疗的46例初次矫治患者,其中男20例,
女26例,年龄18~30岁。所有患者均为骨性Ⅱ1类错牙合,以FMA角及前后面高比值为分组标准,分为高角组和均角组,通过
CBCT获得颅颌面三维影像,测量两侧上颌尖牙的牙与颅骨的关系,牙槽骨高度、厚度及旋转角度,以两样本t 检验进行统计
学评估。结果:上尖牙牙根的颊侧旋转角度在高角骨面型中的差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:高角骨面型的成人
骨性Ⅱ1分类错牙合患者,上颌尖牙区的牙槽骨形态是有差异的。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the differences of the maxillary canine positions among two different vertical skeletal types in
adult with classⅡdiversion 1 malocclusion using CBCT. Methods Fourty six pre-treatment cone-beam computed tomography
(CBCT)films were collected.The parameters including alveolar height、alveolar thickness and root movement range were
measured on sagittal section of upper canines.Two independent sample-T test was used to determine the differences among
two different vertical skeletal types. Results There were significant statistical differences about the angle of buccal movement
of the upper canine’s root. Conclusion High-angle skeletal types had influences on the alveolar morphology of upper canine in
adult with classⅡ diversion 1 malocclusion.
