摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨前额提升术治疗上睑松垂的疗效。方法：选择2015年1月-2017年8月收治的上睑松垂不愿切除眉部皮肤的
就医者共72例，依据随机数字表法分为两组，其中对照组35例采用额部冠状切口除皱术，观察组37例采用前额提升术治
疗，比较两组就医者的并发症发生情况及上睑皮肤松垂治疗情况。结果：观察组并发症发生率为5.40%显著低于对照组
的25.71%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组手术时间及上睑外观恢复时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：前额提升术治疗上睑松垂术后瘢痕小, 效果确切，是一种值得推广的上睑松垂的矫正方法。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of forehead lifting on the treatment of upper eyelid laxity. Methods A total of
72 patients who were unwilling to remove the skin of the eyebrows were randomly selected from January 2015 to August
2017. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into two groups. 35 cases in the control group were
treated with forehead coronal incision rhytidectomy. 37 cases in the observation group were treated with forehead elevation.
The complications of the two groups were compared and the treatment effect of the upper skin flap was compared. Results The
incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.40% significantly lower than that in the control group (25.71%), the
difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The operation time and the recovery time of the upper eyelid in the observation
group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Forehead lifting surgery is a small method
for the treatment of upper eyelid sagging. The effect is exact. It is a method worth popularizing blepharochalasis correction.
