[摘要]目的：探讨A型肉毒毒素注射行小腿塑形的远期疗效。方法：以笔者医院2012年5月-2015年11月收治的36例小腿塑形
就医者为研究对象，均予以A型肉毒毒素注射，随访96周，观察其疗效。结果：治疗后2周、4周、24周小腿最大周径、腓肠
肌厚度均较治疗前缩小，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗96周后与治疗前周径相似，不会产生副作用。36例就医者小
腿周径均缩小，外观曲线柔和、均匀，均无明显不良反应出现，就医者满意度是97.22%。结论：小腿塑形采用A型肉毒毒素
注射效果显著，可有效缩小小腿最大周径、腓肠肌厚度，进而有效改善小腿外形，提升就医者满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the long-term effect of botulinum toxin type A injection in leg shaping. Methods From May
2012 to November 2015, 36 cases of leg shaping patients were treated in our hospital, All patients were injected with botulinum
toxin type A and followed up for 96 weeks. Results After 2, 4 and 24 weeks of treatment, the maximum circumference of leg
and the thickness of gastrocnemius muscle were smaller than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant
(P ＜0.05). After 96 weeks of treatment, the diameter was similar to that before treatment, and there was no side effect. In 36
cases, the circumference of the leg was narrowed, the appearance curve was soft and uniform, and there was no obvious adverse
reaction. The satisfaction rate of the patients was 97.22%. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection can effectively reduce
the maximum circumference of the leg and the thickness of gastrocnemius muscle, improve the shape of the leg and improve
the satisfaction of the patients.
