[摘要]目的:探究湿性医疗技术在PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗早期红色瘢痕术后创面修复中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者科室
2018年1月-2019年10月收治的120例早期红色瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对
照组采用PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组在此基础上实施湿润烧伤膏进行创面护理,比较两组患者愈合效果、创面愈合时
间、数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对
照组的83.33%(P <0.05);观察组护理干预后,创面愈合时间、NRS评分以及VSS评分均少于或低于对照组(P <0.05);
观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%(P <0.05)。结论:PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗早期红色瘢痕术后创面修
复,采用湿性医疗技术效果明显,可促进创面愈合速度,减轻创面疼痛,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of wet medical technology in the treatment of early red scar wound repair after PDL
combined with CO2 dot array laser. Methods A total of 120 patients with early red scar admitted to our hospital from January
2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object. According to the numerical random table method, they were divided
into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each. The control group was treated with PDL combined with
CO2 lattice laser, and the observation group was given mebo for wound care on this basis. The healing effect, wound healing
time, digital pain grading (NRS) score, vancouver scar scale (VSS) score and complication rate were compared between the two
groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group, higher than 83.33% in the control group (P <0.05).
After nursing intervention, wound healing time, NRS score and VSS score in the observation group were all lower than or lower
than that in the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate was 6.67% in the observation group,lower than 20.00% in the
control group (P <0.05). Conclusion PDL combined with CO2 dot array laser in the treatment of early red scar postoperative
wound repair, the use of wet medical technology has obvious effect, can promote wound healing speed, reduce wound pain,
high safety, worthy of promotion and application.
