[摘要]目的：分析点阵激光联合微针治疗剖宫产术后切口瘢痕的疗效及并发症情况。方法：选择2017年1月-2019年10月笔者
医院收治的剖宫产术后切口瘢痕患者100例，根据随机法分为研究组（n =55）与对照组（n =45）。对照组行点阵激光治疗，
研究组行点阵激光联合微针治疗。观察两组患者疗效、瘢痕改善情况、美观满意度及并发症情况。结果：研究组总有效率高
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，研究组瘢痕评分低于对照组，美观满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：点阵激光联合微针可提高剖宫产术后切口
瘢痕临床疗效与患者美观满意度，且有较高安全性。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of fractional laser combined with microneedle device in the
treatment of incision scar after cesarean section. Methods 100 women with postpartum incision scar after cesarean section
admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled, and randomly divided into two groups for different
treatments. The control group (n =45) received fractional laser, while the study group (n =55) received fractional laser combined
with microneddle device. Then the clinical efficacy, scar score, aesthetic satisfaction and complication rate were compared
between groups. Results The effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the scar score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the
aesthetic satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence
of complications between the two groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Application of fractional laser combined with microneedle
device can effectively and safely improve clinical efficacy and aesthetic satisfaction degree among patients with postpartum
