[摘要]目的:探究基于微信平台的延续性护理对皮肤激光美容患者术后及时干预及减少纠纷的作用。方法:收集笔者医院皮
肤科2017年2月-2019年5月就诊的皮肤病患者80例,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组接受传统的延续性
护理,观察组则接受以微信平台为基础的延续性护理做为基础护理指导。比较两组患者的心理评分、护理满意度情况、不良
反应和术后半年复发情况。结果:护理干预后,两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分
和汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分下降,且观察组患者评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义
(P <0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率97.50%显著高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者红肿
和色素沉着发生率为2.50%和0.00%显著小于对照组的15.00%和12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组术后半年未
见复发患者,对照组有5例患者复发,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:及时对皮肤激光美容术后的患者采取
以微信平台为基础的延续性护理措施,能够提高患者的满意度,减少不良反应和复发,让患者的身心得到全面照顾,值得临
床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on timely intervention and dispute
reduction of patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery. Methods Eighty patients with skin diseases from February 2017 to
May 2019 were collected and randomly divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The
control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform
as basic nursing guidance. The scores of psychological, nursing satisfaction, adverse reactions and recurrence in half a year
after operation were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of Hamilton depression
scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) in the two groups decreased significantly, while the two scores in the
observation group were both lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that in the control
group(77.50%, P <0.05). The incidence of redness, swelling and pigmentation in the observation group were 2.50% and 0.00%,
respectively, significantly lower than those in the control group(15.00% and 12.50%, P <0.05). No recurrence was found in the
observation group half a year after operation, and 5 cases in the control group had recurrence, the difference between the two
groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Timely adoption of continuous nursing measures based on WeChat
platform for patients after skin laser cosmetology can reduce adverse reactions, enable patients to receive comprehensive
physical and mental care, reduce disputes, help improve the safety and compliance of patients after surgery, and is worthy of
clinical application.
