[摘要]目的:探讨飞顿LovelyⅡ强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析笔者科室收治的经飞顿LovelyⅡ
强脉冲光治疗的260例雀斑患者临床资料。所有入选病例均完成了4次治疗,每次治疗间隔4周,并接受为期1年的随访。通过
对比治疗前后照片进行图像分析随访患者的满意程度及出现的不良反应,综合评价其安全性和临床疗效。结果:260例雀斑
患者经4次治疗后,总有效率100.0%,患者对治疗效果的满意率达96.9%。260例患者随访1年后,复发14例, 复发率达5.4%,
复发皮损均未超过原皮损的20%。无1例出现色素减退、色素沉着及瘢痕等不良反应。结论:LovelyⅡ强脉冲光治疗雀斑疗效
好,安全性高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Lovely Ⅱ intense pulsed light in the treatment of
freckles. Methods The clinical data of 260 cases with freckle were analyzed retrospectively. All select cases were treated four
times at intervals of 4 weeks and follow-up for 1 year. The safety and clinical effect were evaluated synthetically by comparing
the image analysis, the satisfaction degree and adverse reaction of the patients. Results After four times treatment, of 260
cases, the total efficient rate reached 100%. 190 cases were very satisfied with the treatment effect,the satisfaction rate was
96.9%. After 1 year of follow-up ,14 of the 260 patients have relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 5.4%. The relapsed lesions did
not exceed 20% of the original.No adverse reactions such as hypopigmentation, hyperpigmentation and scarring occurred in all
patients. Conclusion The Lovely Ⅱ intense pulsed light is an effective and safe option for treatment of freckle.
