[摘要]目的：探讨强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2016年3月-2018年9月笔者医院收治的
130例黄褐斑患者，随机分为两组，对照组采用氨甲环酸治疗，研究组采用强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗
后的有效性、复发率及安全性。结果：研究组有效率为96.9%%，对照组为81.6%，两组比较有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）；研究
组复发率9.2%，对照组为33.8%，研究组低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率4.9%，对照组为
13.9%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05)。结论：强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑有效性显著，可在临床上推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment
of chloasma. Methods A total of 130 patients with chloasma treated in our hospital from March 2016 to September 2018 were
randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with tranexamic acid, and the research group was treated with
intense pulsed light combined with tranexamic acid. The treatment effectiveness, recurrence rate and safety of the two groups
of patients were compared. Results The effectiveness of the study group was 96.9% and that of the control group was 81.6%.
Therefore, the effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the
study group was 9.2% and that of the control group was 33.8%. Therefore, the study group The recurrence rate was lower than
that of the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.9% and that in the control
group was 13.9%. Therefore, the safety of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
In the treatment of chloasma, the effect of intense pulsed light combined with tranexamic acid is remarkable, and it should be
widely promoted and applied in the clinic.
