[摘要]目的：观察755nm皮秒激光联合口服氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选择笔者科室2016年4月-2017年10月门
诊收治的26例黄褐斑患者，采用755nm皮秒激光联合口服氨甲环酸治疗。皮秒激光治疗6次，每2次间隔4周。氨甲环酸口服方
法为0.5g/次，2次/d，共5个月。分别于开始治疗后不同时间点观察其疗效及不良反应，并由患者自行进行满意度评价。结
果：治疗开始后3个月、治疗结束以及治疗结束后3个月，平均MASI评分较治疗开始前均有明显下降，治疗结束后以及结束后
3个月效果均优于治疗前，治疗结束时效果轻度优于治疗结束后3个月。所有患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论：755nm皮秒
激光联合口服氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑安全、有效、复发率较低，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety of Picosecond 755 laser combined with tranexamic acid in the
treatment of melasma. Methods All 26 patients with melasma were treated with picosecond 755 nm laser for 6 treatment sessions
every 4 weeks, and combined with oral administration of tranexamic acid for 5 months. All the patients were treated with oral
administration of tranexamic acid of 1.0g/d for 5 months. Effects and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed. Results The
mean MASI score decreased dramatically after treatment completed. The mean MASI score is lower both third month 3 months
follow up 3 months after the treatment than pre-treatment significantly. Conclusion Combination Picosecond 755nm Laser with
Tranexamic Acid is effective and safe with lower recurrence rate in the treament of Melasma, and is worthy of promotion.
