[摘要]目的：观察强脉冲光联合Q开关倍频Nd:YAG 532nm激光治疗面部雀斑的临床效果。方法：选取笔者医院2017年5月-2019
年5月收治的126例雀斑患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组63例。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗，观察组采用强脉冲光联合Q开关倍频
Nd:YAG 532nm激光治疗，观察两组治疗后的临床效果。结果：观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=12.86，P ＜0.01），观
察组治疗总次数明显低于对照组（t=3.928,P＜0.05），复发率也明显低于对照组（χ2=4.189，P＜0.05），患者对治疗满意度明显高于
对照组（χ2=13.945，P＜0.01），两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（χ2=0.099，P＞0.05）。结论：强脉冲光联合Q开关倍频Nd:YAG
532nm激光治疗雀斑复发率低、治疗次数少、安全性高，临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with YAG532nm laser in the treatment of
freckles. Methods 126 cases of freckle removal patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly
divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases each. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,
while the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with Q switch octave Nd:YAG 532nm laser.
To observe the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment. Results Clinical total effective observation group was
obviously higher than that of control group (χ2= 12.86, P ＜0.01), the treatment of the total number of observation group
was obviously lower than that of control group (t = 3.928, P ＜0.05), the recurrence rate is signifi cantly lower than the control
group (χ2= 4.189, P ＜0.05), the patient satisfaction to signifi cantly higher than the control group (χ2 = 13.945, P ＜0.01), no
difference between the two groups of incidence of adverse reactions (χ2= 0.099, P ＞0.05). Conclusion Pulsed light combined
with YAG532nm laser treatment for freckle recurrence rate is low, the number of times of treatment, high safety, clinical effect
is signifi cant, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
