[摘要]目的：研究强脉冲光(intense pulsed light，IPL)在面部炎症性痤疮伴萎缩性瘢痕治疗中的疗效，以探寻治疗该类
疾病的有效方法。方法：选取32例面部炎症性痤疮伴萎缩性瘢痕患者为研究对象，采用IPL进行治疗，疗程为6次，每次治疗
间隔4周，对患者治疗前后进行拍照对比，观察不良反应发生情况。在完成全部治疗后第30天、90天、180天、270天、360天
使用GAIS（Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale,GAIS）进行临床疗效评估，记录患者满意程度。结果：经强脉冲光6次治
疗后，32例患者均得到不同程度地改善，总有效率为100%，患者满意度高。治疗及随访期内无严重不良反应发生。结论：使
用强脉冲光治疗炎症性痤疮伴萎缩性瘢痕，能够很好地减轻痤疮伴萎缩性瘢痕炎症后红斑，且患者耐受性好。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) in patients with
inflammatory acne and atrophic scars. Methods 32 patients with facial inflammatory acne associated with atrophic scar were
selected and treated with IPL.The course of treatment was 6 times and the interval was 4 weeks. The patients were photographed
before and after treatment to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions. GAIS (Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale, GAIS)
was used to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment on the 30th, 90th, 180th, 270th and 360 day after the completion of the treatment,
and the satisfaction of the patients was recorded. Results After 6 times of IPL treatment, 32 patients were improved in varying
degrees, the total effective rate was 100%, and the satisfaction of the patients was high. No serious adverse reactions occurred
during treatment and follow-up. Conclusion The treatment of inflammatory acne with atrophic scar with IPL has a good effect
of relieving erythema after inflammation of acne and atrophic scar, and the patient has good tolerance.
