[摘要]目的:探讨3D打印技术模型在颌面部缺损修复手术中的应用。方法:前瞻性选取2018年2月-2019年5月在笔者医院口
腔颌面外科就诊的需要进行颌面部缺损修复的患者78例,随机数字表法分为实验组(n =39)和对照组(n =39),实验组采用
3D打印技术模型辅助修复,对照组为常规手术修复。并对两组手术情况、面部咬合情况、患者满意度以及不良反应发生情况
进行比较。结果:实验组面部咬合优良率为82.05%,高于对照组的58.97%(P <0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义。实
验组的手术时间、术中出血量和不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),且不良反应的发生率为7.69%,远低于对照
组的20.51%,外貌满意度评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:3D打印技术在颌面部缺损修复
中,疗效显著,患者对于修复后外貌也较传统手术修复方法更为满意,可在临床进一步推广使用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of 3D printing technology model in maxillofacial defect repair surgery.
Methods Prospective selection of patients in our hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 in oral and maxillofacial surgery in
need of maxillofacial defect repair, and they were divided into experimental group (n =39) and control group (n =39) according
to the random number table method. The experimental group was assisted by 3D printing technology model, while the control
group was repaired by routine surgery. The surgery, facial occlusion, patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared
between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of facial occlusion in the experimental group was 82.05%, which
was higher than that in the control group (58.97%) (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant.The operation time,
intraoperative blood loss and adverse reaction rate in the 3D printing repair group were significantly lower than those in
the control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69%, which was much lower than that in the
control group (20.51%), and the score of degree in the experimental group was significantly higher than that inthe control
group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 3D printing technology has a significant effect in the
repair of maxillofacial defects and the patient’s appearance after repair is more satisfactory than the traditional surgical repair
method, and can be further promoted in clinical use.
