摘要:
目的：探讨光固化复合树脂进行前牙美容修复的临床效果及对牙体形态的影响。方法：选取2018年2月-2019年2月笔者医院收治的接受前牙美容修复治疗的200例患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组各100例，对照组给予纳米复合树脂修复治疗，研究组给予光固化复合树脂修复治疗。观察分析两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生率、牙齿美观评分以及修复前后牙周指数变化情况等。结果：两组牙周炎、修复体脱落以及松动等并发症发生率之间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），研究组显效率相对较高（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组表面光滑度、固位、颜色匹配以及牙体形态等评分均相对较低（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组牙菌斑指数、牙周附着水平以及牙龈指数均相对较低（P＜0.05）。结论：前牙美容修复期间，应用光固化复合树脂能发挥出理想效果，不会对患者牙龈造成较大损伤，能有效促进患者牙周指数改善，从而使治疗满意度进一步提升。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of light cured composite resin for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth and its influence on tooth morphology. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019, 200 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given nano composite resin repair treatment, and the study group was given light curing composite resin repair treatment. The curative effect,complication rate,dental aesthetic score and periodontal index before and after restoration were observed and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of periodontitis, prosthetic detachment and loosening in the study group (P ＞0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the study group (P＞0.05), and the significant efficiency was higher (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the surface smoothness, retention and color matching of the study group were higher than those of the control group Compared with the control group, the plaque index, periodontal attachment level and gingival index of the study group were lower (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of light cured composite resin during the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth can play an ideal effect, will not cause great damage to the gingiva of patients, can effectively promote the improvement of periodontal index,so as to further improve the treatment satisfaction.
