摘要:
目的：对比单纯沿鼻唇沟区注射透明质酸与鼻唇沟区联合鼻基底区深层注射透明质酸的临床疗效。方法：选取河北工 程大学附属医院整形外科2018年1月-2020年8月收治的36例透明质酸填充鼻唇沟区的就医者，对照组选用单纯沿鼻唇沟区注 射填充（n=18），实验组选用鼻唇沟区联合鼻基底区注射填充（n=18），注射后随访3～18个月观察其疗效、持续时间及术 后并发症。结果：实验组的满意度为94.5%，对照组的满意率为72.2%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的 效果维持时间为7.0个月，对照组的效果维持时间4.5个月，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的并发症发生 率为11.0%，对照组的并发症发生率为5.5%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：鼻唇沟区联合鼻基底区的填充 在不增加并发症发生率的情况下，改善鼻唇沟的效果优于单纯沿鼻唇沟区的注射且效果维持时间更长，就医者满意度更高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of simple injection of hyaluronic acid along nasolabial sulcus and nasolabial sulcus combined with deep injection of hyaluronic acid in nasal basal area. Methods 36 patients with nasolabial sulcus fi lled with hyaluronic acid were selected from the Department of plastic surgery, Affi liated Hospital of Hebei University of engineering from January 2018 to August 2020.The control group was injected along the nasolabial sulcus (n=18), and the experimental group was injected in the nasolabial sulcus combined with the nasal basal region (n=18 ).The effi cacy, duration and postoperative complications were observed after 3-18 months of follow-up. Results the satisfactory rate was 94.5% in the experimental group and 72.2% in the control group. There was a signifi cant diff erence between the two groups (P ＜0.05). The maintenance time of the experimental group was 7.0 months, and that of the control group was 4.5 months. There was signifi cant diff erence between the two groups (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications was 11.0% in the experimental group and 5.5% in the control group. There was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The eff ect of nasolabial sulcus area combined with nasal base area fi lling is better than injection along nasolabial sulcus area alone without increasing the incidence of complications, and the maintenance time is longer.
