摘要:
目的：探究不同眉眼间距就医者对重睑术后效果满意度的影响。方法：回访切开重睑成形术就医者550例，其中眉眼 间距＜14 mm的列入第一组共118例，眉眼间距≥14 mm的列入第二组共432例。对比两组就医者和医生对重睑效果的满 意度。结果：第一组就医者对术后效果满意度（61.9%）低于第二组就医者的满意度（91.4%），差异具有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）。第一组中就医者满意度（61.9%）低于医生满意度（80.5%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：眉 眼间距较窄时（＜14 mm），应加强术前与就医者的沟通，降低其期望值，个性化设计重睑宽度，以期提高就医者的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of diff erent eyebrow-eye spacing on the satisfaction of double eyelid plasty. Methods 550 patients were revisited after double eyelid plasty, among which 118 cases were included in the fi rst group if eyebrow-eye spacing was less than 14 mm, and 432 cases were included in the second group if eyebrow-eye spacing was more than 14 mm. The satisfaction of patients and surgeons on the double eyelid was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients in the first group (61.9%) was significantly lower than that in the second group (91.4%), the difference was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). And the satisfaction of patients in the fi rst group (61.9%) was signifi cantly lower than that of doctors (80.5%, P＜0.05). Conclusion When the eyebrow-eye spacing is narrow (＜14 mm), preoperative communication with patients should be strengthened, their expectations should be reduced, and the width of the double eyelids should be personalized to improve the satisfaction of patients.
