摘要:
目的:针对成年女性安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者,研究拔牙矫治前后唇周软组织差异,分析拔牙矫治对唇周软组织的影 响。方法:选取年龄18~30岁,拔除4颗前磨牙,内收前牙,治疗完成的安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突90例女性患者为研究对象,设立 为治疗组。其中按垂直骨面型分为高角型、低角型、均角型患者各30例,所有患者治疗前后拍摄高质量的正面像;选取30 名当下较受欢迎且貌美的亚洲女明星正面照片为对照组。严格按照测量标准确定测量标志点,使用E-ruler1.0软件对测量 项目进行测量,分析明星组面部软组织比例与黄金比例的关系,以及治疗组拔牙矫治前后唇周软组织的差异。结果:实验 分析了明星组面型比例与黄金比例的关系,明星组的口角鼻底角(∠Chr-Sn-Chl)为(109±8.82)°,与黄金三角的顶角 108° 较为接近。治疗后,各治疗组上下唇中央厚度比(Ls-Sto∶Sto-Li)、鼻口距与下颌高的比值(Prn-Sto∶Sto-Me)、 下唇高与上唇高的比值(Sto-Sl∶Sn-Sto)、颏部高与上下唇高的比值(Sl-Me∶Sn-Sl)均有向0.618靠近的趋势;口裂角 (∠Chr-Sto-Chl)均减小,使唇部更显年轻,唇部线条更为柔和;口角鼻底角(∠Chr-Sn-Chl)均值都有向108°增大的趋 势,说明治疗后唇周软组织比例更协调。结论:成年女性安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者经拔牙矫治后前牙内收,唇肌张力得到改 善,唇周软组织结构比例更协调。
Abstract:
Objective This study was designed to compare the diff erence on lip soft tissue after treated with extraction of four premolars for Class Ⅰ adult women with bimaxillary protrusion. Methods Treatment group: the aged between 18 and 30,90 adult women with Class Ⅰ malocclusion with bimaxillary protrusion (30 cases of high angle type,30 cases of average angle type and 30 cases of low angle type), who underwent successful treatment by extraction of four premolars and retraction of anterior teeth, were selected. Frontal photographs of the patients were taken both before and after the orthodontic treatment. Control group: Frontal photographs of 30 Asian female stars with popular and good-looking appearance were selected. The landmarks were strictly in accordance with the measurement standard. The measuring project were measured using E-ruler1.0 software. Results The experiment analyzed the relationship between the facial proportional of Asian female stars group and golden ratio. The cheilion nasal base Angle (∠Chr-Sn-Chl)of the stars group was (109±8.82)° closely to the golden triangle vertex Angle (108 °).After treatment, The central thickness ratio of upper and lower lip (Ls-Sto:Sto-Li), the ratio of nose-to-mouth distance to mandibular height (Prn-Sto:Sto-Me), the ratio of lower lip height to upper lip height (Sto-Sl:Sn-Sto), and the ratio of chin height to upper and lower lip height (Sl-Me:Sn-Sl) were close to 0.618 in all treatment groups. The mouth cleft Angle (∠Chr-Sto-Chl) is reduced, which makes the lips more youthful and the lip lines more soft.The decreasing of the angle of ∠Chr-Sto-Chl improved the lip shape. the cheilion nasal base Angle ( ∠Chr-Sn-Chl)ten ded to increase to 108°, indicating that the proportion of soft tissue around the lip was more harmonious after treatment. Conclusion After extraction and correction of the anterior teeth, the labial muscle tension was improved and the proportion of soft tissue structure around the lip was more harmonious.
