摘要:
目的:比较自体血小板浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factor,CGF)与成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)治疗慢性难愈性创面的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年6月笔者医院收治的110例慢 性难愈性创面患者,按随机双色球法分成bFGF组和CGF组,各55例。bFGF组在常规治疗的基础上给予bFGF外用治疗,CGF组 在常规治疗的基础上给予CGF治疗。比较两组患者的创面缩小率、肉芽组织评分、创面愈合时间、疗效、不良反应、自主 活动情况[Karnofsky功能状态评分表(Karnofsky performance status ,KPS)]及生活质量[生活质量调查表(Quality of life questionnaire-c30,QLQ-C30)]。结果:CGF组患者KPS、QLQ-C30评分、创面缩小率、肉芽组织评分及总有效率 均高于bFGF组(P<0.05),CGF组创面愈合时间短于bFGF组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于bFGF,CGF用于治疗慢性难愈性创面 可加速创面愈合,疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the effi cacy of concentrated growth factor (CGF) and basic fi broblast growth factor ( bFGF) in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into bFGF group and CGF group by random bicolor method,with 55 cases in each group.The bFGF group was given topical bFGF treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the CGF group was given CGF treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The wound reduction rate,granulation tissue score,wound healing time,efficacy,adverse reactions,autonomous activity [ Karnofsky performance status(KPS)] and quality of life[quality of life questionnaire-c30(QLQ-C30)] were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the KPS,QLQ-C30,wound reduction rate,granulation tissue score had increased in 2 groups(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the KPS,QLQ-C30,wound reduction rate,granulation tissue score had increased in the experimental group(P <0.05). The wound healing time in the experimental group was signifi cantly shorter than the control group(P <0.05).The total eff ective rate(94.54%) in the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than the control group(80.00%) (P <0.05).There had no serious side eff ect in 2 groups. Conclusion Compared with bFGF,CGF in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds can accelerate wound healing and has better curative eff ect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
