摘要:

目的：探讨硫酸羟氯喹联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的美学效果及疗效和安全性。方法：选取2020年12月-2022年12 月湖南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的84例玫瑰痤疮患者，按随机数表法分为观察组（硫酸羟氯喹联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗， n=42 ）和对照组（甲硝唑凝胶治疗，n=42）。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应，比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评 分、痤疮特异性生活质量量表（Acne-specific quality of life scale,Acne-QOL）评分及白细胞介素-6（Interleukin-6,IL-6）、C 反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α）水平。结果：观察组总 有效率为95.24%，显著高于对照组的80.95%（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组各项临床症状评分显著低于治疗前，观察组低于对照 组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组Acne-QOL各项评分显著高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组IL-6、CRP、 TNF-α 显著低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组的不良反应总发生率分别为9.52%、7.14%，差异 无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：硫酸羟氯喹联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮安全有效，可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高 患者的面部美学效果及生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the aesthetic effect, efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea. Methods A total of 84 patients with rosacea admitted to the Affi liated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group (hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with metronidazole gel, n=42) and control group (metronidazole gel, n=42) according to random number table method. The therapeutic eff ect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Clinical symptom score, Acne- specifi c Quality of Life Scale (Acne-QOL) score, interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total eff ective rate of observation group was 95.24%, which was signifi cantly higher than that of control group (80.95%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the AcneQOL scores in both groups were signifi cantly higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were signifi cantly lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 9.52% and 7.14%, respectively, with no statistically signifi cant diff erence compared (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with metronidazole gel is safe and eff ective in the treatment of rosacea, which can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms, facial aesthetic eff ect and quality of life of patients.
