摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：
按照随机数字法将2017年11月-2019年10月笔者医院收治的90例玫瑰痤疮患者分为对照组与观察组，每组45例。对照组：
给予康复新液(外用，每晚1次)及甲硝唑凝胶(外用，每日早晚各1次)进行治疗；观察组：在对照组治疗的基础上加用ALAPDT，
每周1次，两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，治疗前及治疗后2周、4周的VISIA红斑分值、红斑指数以
及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%、71.11%，观察组明显高于对照组(P ＜0.05)。治疗
后2周、4周，观察组的VISIA红斑分值[(51.40±5.0)vs[(54.61±6.19)，(48.15±3.82) vs [(51.14±4.77)]、红斑指数
[(13.15±2.23)vs[(14.79±3.03)，(12.29±2.10)vs [(14.15±2.24)]均明显低于对照组(P ＜0.05)。观察组与对照组的不
良反应发生率分别为15.56%、17.78%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论：ALA-PDT联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治
疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效显著，能够明显改善患者皮肤丘疹、脓疱及红斑，且不增加不良反应。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) combined
with kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea. Methods According to the random number method,
90 patients with rosacea who was divided into control group and observation group in our hospital from November 2017
to October 2019, with 45 cases in each group. Patients were treated with kangfuxin solution(external use, once a night) and
metronidazole gel (external use, once a day in the morning and once a day in the evening) in control group. Patients were
treated with ALA-PDT (once a week) based on the treatment of control group in observation group. Patients were treated
continuously for 4 weeks in both groups. The clinical efficacy, the VISIA erythema score, erythema index before treatment and 2 weeks,
4 weeks after treatment, adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control
group was 95.56% and 71.11%, respectively, the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of control group (P＜0.05). 2 weeks,
4 weeks after treatment, the the VISIA erythema score[(51.40±5.0) vs [(54.61±6.19),(48.15±3.82)vs[(51.14±4.77)],erythe
maindex[(13.15±2.23) vs [(14.79±3.03), (12.29±2.10) vs [(14.15±2.24)] of observation group was significantly lower than
that of control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group and control group was 15.56% and
17.78%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference betweentwo groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion ALA-PDT
combined with kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of rosacea, which
could significantly improve skin papules, pustules and erythema, and without increasing adverse reactions.
