摘要:
目的:探讨3D打印技术对无牙颌患者义齿修复美观满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月笔者医院科室收 治的110例无牙颌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用传统全口义齿修复,观察组采用3D 打印全口义齿修复。采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)和无牙颌口腔健康影响量表-20(Oral health impact profile edentulous,OHIP-20)分别评估两组义齿戴用即时、1、3个月义齿满意度和口腔健康相关生活质量,并于 义齿戴用后3个月采用吸光光度法测定两组咀嚼效率。结果:义齿戴用1个月,两组语音功能、咀嚼功能和舒适性VAS评分较 义齿戴用即时明显升高(P<0.05),美观度、固位功能VAS评分较义齿戴用即时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);义齿戴用3 个月,两组语音功能、咀嚼功能和舒适性VAS评分较义齿戴用即时和戴用1个月时明显升高(P<0.05),美观度、固位功能 VAS 评分较义齿戴用即时和戴用1个月时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组义齿戴用即时、1个月、3个月美观度、语音功 能、咀嚼功能、固位功能和舒适性VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。义齿戴用1个月,两组OHIP-20评分较义齿戴 用即时明显降低(P<0.05);义齿戴用3个月,两组OHIP-20评分较义齿戴用即时和戴用1个月时明显降低(P<0.05);两 组义齿戴用即时、1个月、3个月OHIP-20评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组义齿戴用后第3个月咀嚼效率比较差 异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印义齿可快速实现无牙颌修复,在患者美观满意度及口腔健康相关生活质量评价 方面展现出与传统全口义齿相同的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of 3D printing technology on the aesthetic satisfaction of denture restoration in edentulous patients. Methods 110 edentulous patients admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected, the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 55 cases in each group. The control group received traditional complete denture, and the observation group received 3D printed complete denture. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and oral health impact profile edentulous (OHIP-20) were used to evaluate denture satisfaction and oral health-related quality of life in the two groups. The masticatory effi ciency of the two groups was measured by absorbance spectrophotometry at the third month after denture wearing. Results After denture wearing for 1 month, the VAS scores of voice function, chewing function and comfort in both groups were significantly higher than those of denture wearing immediately (P<0.05), while the VAS scores of aesthetics and retention function were not statistically diff erent from those of denture wearing immediately (P >0.05). After 3 months of denture wearing, the VAS scores of speech function, masticatory function and comfort in the two groups were signifi cantly higher than those in the immediate and 1 month of denture wearing (P <0.05), and there were no signifi cant diff erence in VAS scores of aesthetics and retention function between the immediate and 1 month of denture wearing (P >0.05). There were no statistically signifi cant diff erences in aesthetics, voice function, chewing function, retention function and comfort VAS scores between the two groups at immediate, 1 and 3 months of denture use (P >0.05). After wearing the denture for 1 month, the HIP-20E score of both groups were signifi cantly lower than that of wearing the denture immediately (P <0.05). After wearing denture for 3 months, the OHIP-20 score of the two groups were significantly lower than that of immediate denture wearing and 1 month wearing (P<0.05).There were no statistically signifi cant diff erences in immediate denture use, 1 month, 3 month and OHIP-20 scores between the two groups (P >0.05). There were no signifi cant diff erence in masticatory effi ciency between the two groups at the third month after denture wearing (P >0.05). Conclusion 3D printed dentures can quickly achieve edentulous jaw restoration, showing the same therapeutic eff ect as traditional complete dentures in patients’ aesthetic satisfaction and oral health related quality of life evaluation.
