摘要:

[摘要]黄褐斑多见于女性，影响美观。魏跃钢教授在临床中总结经验，认为黄褐斑根本病因为肾阴阳亏损，进而波及心、
肝、脾、肺四脏，故将黄褐斑分为心肾不交证，肝肾阴虚证，脾肾阳虚证，肺肾两虚证四种证型。提出黄褐斑的治疗应以补
肾为根本大法，辅以活血化瘀。

Abstract:

Abstract: Chloasma is commonly seen in women and it affects the beauty.Professor Wei Yuegang has summed up his experience
in clinical practice.He believes that the primarycause of chloasma isthe loss of kidney yin and Yang,then it affects the four
organs of heart,liver,spleen and lung.Therefore,he divides chloasma into four kinds of syndromes:syndrome of disharmony
between heart and kidney,syndrome of kidney yin deficiency,syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,andsyndrome of
deficiency of both the lung and thekidney.He suggests that the treatment of chloasma should be based on reinforcing the kidney
and supplemented by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
