摘要:
[摘要］探讨黄褐斑近几年在临床治疗与研究方面的新进展。通过查阅国内外近几年关于黄褐斑的病因、病理及临床治疗等
方面的文献资料，结合笔者多年来对黄褐斑的临床治疗与观察的经验总结，提出自己对黄褐斑临床研究的一些新构思。随着
生物医学模式向生物－心理－社会－环境医学模式的转变，结合心理及综合因素预防等方面的研究是黄褐斑治疗的新思路。
临床观察发现，产后抑郁等心理因素可能就是黄褐斑的始发因素。改变传统思维方式，长期、综合、精准的靶向治疗，将黄
褐斑的预防、修复、治疗及保养有机地结合起来，是目前临床上最为安全、有效的黄褐斑治疗新途径。

Abstract:
Abstract: To explore chloasma in clinical research in recent years. By reviewing the literature on the etiology, pathology
and clinical treatment of chloasma in recent years at domestic and foreign country, combining author’s experience in clinical
observation of chloasma for many years, the author combines his own clinical experience of chloasma and brings out some
new ideas for chloasma in clinical research. As the bio-medical model shifting to the bio-psycho-social-environmental medical
model, psychological and other aspects of research are becoming new ideas for the treatment of chloasma; psychological factors
such as postpartum depression may be the originating factors of chloasma . With the changing of the traditional way of thinking,
a long-term, comprehensive and precise targeted therapy is combining the prevention, repair, treatment and maintenance of
chloasma all together. This is proven to be the safest and most effective treatment of chloasma in clinical practice.
