[摘要]目的：探究光固化复合树脂美容性修复前牙的临床效果及对牙龈的影响。方法：选取2015年2月-2017年9月笔者医院
收治的115例美容性修复前牙患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为两组，研究组（n =58）行光固化复合树脂修复，对照组
（n=57）行纳米复合树脂修复。随访6个月，比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周指数（牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周附着水平）、
患者满意度及并发症发生率。结果：两组患者总有效率、并发症发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（χ2=1.072、0.251，P＞
0.05），研究组显效率82.76%，高于对照组的64.91%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.749，P＜0.05）。修复前两组患者牙周指数
比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；修复后研究组牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周附着水平分别为1.17±0.24、1.62±0.68、
2.02±0.74，低于对照组的1.29±0.31、1.97±0.96、2.39±0.82，差异有统计学意义（t =2.324、2.259、2.541，P
＜0.05）。研究组患者总满意率98.28%，高于对照组89.47%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.896，P ＜0.05）。结论：光固化复合
树脂美容性修复前牙总体疗效理想，具有对牙龈影响小、患者满意度高、并发症少、安全可靠等临床应用特征。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect and clinical effect of light-cured composite resin on gingiva after cosmetic
restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From February 2015 to September 2017, 115 patients with cosmetic restoration anterior
teeth treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to random number table, patients were divided into
two groups. The study group (n =58) was treated with light-cured composite resin and the control group (n =57) with nanocomposite
resin.Follow up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,periodontal index (plaque index,gingival index,periodontal
attachment level),patient satisfaction and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results There was
no significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate and complication rate (χ2=1.072,0.251, P ＞0.05).
Significant efficiency of the study group (82.76%) was higher than the control group (64.91%), the difference was statistically
significant (χ2=4.749, P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in periodontal index between the two groups before repair
(P ＞0.05).The plaque index, gingival index and periodontal attachment of the study group were 1.17±0.24, 1.62±0.68 and
2.02±0.74, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (1.29±0.31,1.97±0.96 and 2.39±0.82, respectively).
The difference was statistically significant (t=2.324, 2.259, 2.541, P ＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate (98.28%) in the study
group was higher than that in the control group (89.47%), The difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.896, P ＜0.05).
Conclusion The total curative effect of light-cured composite resin for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is ideal, which has
the characteristics of small application to gingival, high patient satisfaction, few complications, safe and reliable.
