摘要:
目的：分析逍遥丸联合调QNd:YAG1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑对患者皮肤受损程度及美容修复效果的影响。方法：将2018年1月-2019年1月笔者医院皮肤科收治的128例黄褐斑患者纳入研究，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组64例。对照组采用调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用逍遥丸治疗。两组均连续治疗4个月。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数（Melasma area and severity index,MASI）评分、经皮水分丢失（Transepidermal waterloss,TEWL）值，黑色素、红斑、皮肤皱纹指数及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（90.63% vs. 76.56%，P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组MASI评分，TEWL值，黑色素、红斑、皮肤皱纹指数较治疗前均降低，且观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗期间，两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（7.81% vs.12.50%，P＞0.05）。结论：逍遥丸联合调QNd:YAG1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑可减轻患者皮损面积，修复皮肤屏障，改善色素沉着、红斑及皱纹状况，具有较好的美容效果，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoyao pills combined with Q-switch Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser treatment of chloasma on the degree of skin damage and cosmetic repair effect in patients. Methods A total of 128 patients with chloasma admitted to our dermatology department from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in the study. Random number method was used to divide them into the control group and the observation group, 64 cases each. The control group was treated with Q-switch Nd: YAG 1?064 nm laser, the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao pill on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 months. The total effective rate after treatment, melasma area severity index(MASI)score, trans epidermal water loss (TEWL) value, melanin, erythema, skin wrinkle index before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (90.63% vs. 76.56%, P ＜0.05). After treatment, the MASI score, TEWL value, melanin, erythema, and skin wrinkle index of the observation group were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups (7.81% vs. 12.50%, P＞0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyao pills combined with Q-switch Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser treatment of chloasma can reduce the area of skin lesions, repair the skin barrier, improve the condition of pigmentation, erythema and wrinkles. It has good cosmetic effects and high safety.It is worth clinical promotion and application.
