[摘要]目的：探究氧化锆全瓷冠修复对基牙牙周的影响。方法：回顾性分析有全冠修复治疗需求的52例（94颗）患者临床资
料，采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复的30例（54颗）患者纳入观察组，采用钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复的22例（40颗）患者纳入对照组。比
较治疗前及治疗后6个月、2年，两组患牙牙周指数、龈沟液炎性指标水平变化，分析治疗后2年患牙咬合力、修复质量[改良美
国公共卫生署（USPHS）评分标准]及2年内两组患牙并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后6个月、2年，两组患牙牙周指数及龈沟液
炎性指标水平均较治疗前有显著提升，且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后2年，观察组患牙咬合力明显高
于对照组，而改良USPHS评分则明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。2年内观察组患者并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。
结论：氧化锆全瓷冠修复对基牙牙周指数和炎性状态的影响远小于钴铬合金烤瓷冠，有利于降低并发症的发生风险。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of zirconia all-ceramic crown repair on periodontium of abutment teeth. Methods
The clinical data of 52 cases of patients (94 teeth) with the need of all-ceramic crown repair were retrospectively analyzed. 30
cases with zirconia all-ceramic crown were included in observation group (54 teeth), and 22 cases with cobalt-chromium alloy
porcelain crown were included in control group (40 teeth). The periodontal indexes of affected teeth, and the inflammatory indexes
levels of gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 6 months and 2 years after
treatment,and the occlusal force, repair quality [Modified United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Scoring Criteria] at 2 years
after treatment and the occurrence of dental complications within 2 years were analyzed in the two groups. Results At 6 months
and 2 years after treatment, the periodontal indexes of affected teeth, and the inflammatory indexes of gingival crevicular fluid were
significantly higher than those before treatment, and the indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control
group (P ＜0.05). At 2 years after treatment,the occlusal force in observation group was significantly higher than that in control
group while the modified USPHS score was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜0.05). The total incidence rate
of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group within 2 years (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Zirconia all-ceramic crown repair has much smaller effects on periodontal indexes and inflammatory state of abutment teeth
than cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown, and the former one is beneficial to reduce the risk of complications.
